Incubators |
 |
Two portable incubators are available and have been designed for incubating dipslides. These are supplied with a 9 month warranty.
The larger incubator has the capacity to hold 40 dip slides, the portable with 240V/110V and 12V power.
The smaller unit can hold up to 8 dipslides with 240V/110V and 12V power and has excellent temperature control to within +/-0.5%.
Each incubator is a small, robust, rectangular unit, with solid state circuitry, temperature variation +/-0.50C. Manufactured from impact resistant PVC with lockable-hinged lid. There are Continuous Temperature Reading, Mains On and Incubator Load indicators.
Heat is on four sides of the unit with fan assisted air circulation to provide excellent temperature control and even heat distribution.

Non-Oxidising and Oxidising Biocide Analysis
Colorimetric Testing
Self contained test kits have been developed for the following range of non-oxidising biocides. They are based on simple colorimetric procedures, each one having a dedicated colour card. The test kits have been designed to be used "on site" by non technical personnel thus do not require the availability of either chemical or microbiological laboratories. |

Legionella
Legionella Compliance Kit
Legionella Bacteria is the causative agent of Legionellosis including Legionnaires Disease. However, this bacteria cannot be detected easily on-site and therefore the kit is based upon the need to minimise the risks, by controlling the conditions in which this bacteria grows. This is a good example of where indicator organisms are used in the field to monitor a potentially fatal microbe. |  |
